Harvest Moon Shellfish Co. is a local business that harvests Eastern Oysters and Peconic Bay Scallops (during scallop season) harvested fresh from the Peconic Bay. Their purpose is to serve the best quality shellfish in the area. They combine traditional harvesting methods with new techniques to encourage sustainable farming.
Harvest Moon Shellfish Co. will be at Borghese Vineyard each weekend on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer!
